I worked on the User Experience Design team at this financial consulting firm to design proof of concept software to allow large financial institutions to monitor their Economic Credit Capital usage. It was a challenging problem due to the heavily specialized financial knowledge, and because financial institutions with thousands of employees results in different types of users who would all be using the software to accomplish different tasks. We were able to design data visualization tools which put the power back into the hands of the user’s to get analyze the data as needed to formulate insights.
